A memorandum of understanding has been signed by the solar products and services division of Xandex – Xandex Solar, and DC Power Systems for the distribution of the new SunMizer DC power optimizer in North America.

For the record, the SunMizer is a new power optimizer from DC power, which increases solar energy harvest by recovering the loss of power. The shaded solar panels are isolated from the rest of the panels in a series connected string. The shaded panels are prevented from drawing down the power output of the panels that are not shaded by the SunMizer. "Selective Installation" is also unique to the SunMizer – it is only applied to shaded panels and can recover nearly 50% of power on the system level.

The partnership will also include joint marketing and training programs, and live sessions and webinars will be held in order to educate DC Power Systems' network of dealers and installers.
