Suzlon may be low on cash – talking to banks to renegotiate loans

graph-going-downSuzlon, the largest wind energy technology manufacturer in India, and one of the largest in the world, is having a bit of a cash problem, an unwelcome effect coming from the financial crisis.

The company is engaged in talks with Indian banks trying to renegotiate loans in order to improve the company's balance sheet.

Alternatively, Suzlon may choose to divest more assets, and build up its cash position.
