Suzlon announced a 30 MW order contract from Altrade Group, for the company's wind farm projects in the Jaisalmer and Jodhpur districts, in Rajasthan, India. Suzlon is to deliver a total of 20 S82-1.5 MW units, to be commissioned by January 2011.

This order will increase Suzlon's installed wind capacity in Rajasthan to 700 MW, ensuring Suzlon's leadership position in this region of India.
