
Enel Green Power announced the company has started operation of a total of 19.4 MW of new PV capacity installed in Greece. This includes 2 MW of capacity, installed by ESSE, EGP's JV with Sharp. The newly added operational solar capacity brings the total amount operated by EGP in Greece to 245.4 MW.
Several new PV plants were completed, including Agrilia Baka (4.9 MW) in Messinia, Kavasila (4.9 MW) in Achaea region, Limnochori (4.8 MW) and another project in Corinth, with 2.8 MW of installed capacity. All of the newly added capacity is expected to generate about 6 GWh of electrical energy annually.
